My newest follower is Chelsey Scott, a wonderfully talented graphic artist who resides in my hometown, Melbourne, Florida. Chelsea owns a shop on Etsy called
cscottdraw.
I thought I would feature her graphics for banners as many of us could use some help in this area and Chelsey has some great ideas. Here is a quote from her shop:
